Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the product(s) being order. Shipping costs are only applicable to delivery within the United States. Shipping to other locations will be extra.

Patterns are shipped (Domestic US only) using a flat rate of .75 per pattern. Kits, books, and other non-pattern items are shipped (Domestic US only) through USPS using the current rate calculators based on total weight of your order. This allows us to charge you only what we are charged to get your order to you. When you place your order, an estimated shipping cost is authorized to your credit card. When the order is shipped, only the actual shipping cost will be charged to your credit card.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will gladly give you a refund, exchange the item, or give you an online store credit.

Item must be returned within 30 days. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke or animal odor to them. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books, magazines, and patterns) cannot be returned. Customer pays for return shipping.

Privacy Policy

We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in to mailing list"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you based on your request for information, fulfilling online store purchases, sending newsletters and information on special events, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.


We offer a secure online shopping cart for your convenience. When you check out when placing an order, we use Paypal which provides a secure online server. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay for your purchases.

You can tell if you are running a secure connection by checking in one of two places in your web browser. The first way is to check the website address (URL) located in your web browser's address bar. You will see "https" instead of "http" when connected to a secure server (the "s" stands for secure). The second way is to check the bottom web browser's page. Most browsers will display an icon (usually a small padlock or unbroken key) while connected to a secure page.
